VPN PY Setup Guide

Complete the initial setup in this order: account, plan, subscription, client, and connection. Each step covers only the action needed at that stage; protocol parameters and route topology are outside the scope of this guide.

No email address required Unlimited simultaneous devices 7-day no-questions-asked refund

Create an Account and Open the User Panel

First, open VPN PY’s account creation page. Set an easy-to-remember username and a password used only for this service. No email address is required, so the page will not ask you to enter one. After submitting the form, use the username and password you just created to enter the user panel.

After signing in, you will see entry points for the account overview, plans, client downloads, and support tickets. It is normal for a new account not to have an active subscription yet. Do not look for a subscription URL or enter server parameters manually in another client at this stage. First choose a plan that suits your usage; the subscription details will appear in the account overview after payment is completed.

Your username and password are used to access the panel, while the subscription link you retrieve later is used by clients to load routes. Keep these credentials in a trusted password manager, and do not forward the subscription link to public chats, forums, or shared documents. Because the link lets a client read the route configuration associated with your account, treat it like an account credential.

Choose a Plan and Complete Your Order

After opening the plans page in the user panel, estimate your data needs based on how you expect to use the service. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. If you prefer to use data as needed, choose a data package that remains available until exhausted and never expires.

After selecting a plan, the page will show the order details and payment options. Before paying, check the plan name, allowance, and amount, then choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Once payment is complete, return to the user panel and allow the order status to synchronize. Do not create the same order again or make repeated payments before the status updates. If payment is complete but the page has not changed, refresh the account overview; contact support through a panel ticket if you still have questions.

Monthly subscriptions suit continuous use and follow a fixed monthly reset cycle based on the activation date. Data packages suit users with longer gaps between sessions who want unused data to remain available. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. All plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices, but the account’s actual data allowance is still determined by the selected plan. Choose based on usage frequency and content type, not device count alone.

Retrieve Your Subscription from the Account Overview

Once your order is active, open the account overview. Confirm the plan status in the subscription section, then use the page’s copy option to retrieve the subscription. Do not copy the URL from the browser address bar; the panel address is not a subscription URL. Only the link generated in the subscription section can be recognized by clients.

A subscription URL is usually a link containing an account token. To recognize the format, you can think of it as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; this is clearly a dummy value and cannot be used to connect. The real URL is available only in the signed-in user panel. This page does not display a static subscription URL or provide a public installer.

After copying, keep the user panel open. You may need to check the platform instructions or copy the subscription again when importing it into a client. If the copy button confirms success, switch to the client. If the browser blocks clipboard access, manually select and copy the subscription shown in the panel without changing any characters. A missing token, extra spaces, or a link truncated by chat software can all cause updates to fail.

The subscription lets the client manage the routes available to your account. When routes are added or changed, use “Update subscription” or “Refresh configuration” in the client; there is no need to create another account or enter servers one by one. Return to the account overview to check the plan and subscription status only when the client explicitly says the subscription is invalid.

Open Account Overview Keep the copied link intact

Import the Client for Your Platform

First, select your current device in the client download area of the user panel. After signing in, you will see the VPN PY client entry and platform-specific import instructions. Installation and subscription delivery are handled through the panel; this page does not host static installer links. After installation, find the subscription import option for your platform.

Windows

Windows: Load the Configuration from the Subscription

Open the VPN PY Windows client and find an option such as “Add subscription” or “Import subscription” in the main interface or configuration area. If the client supports clipboard import, copy the subscription from the account overview first and select that option. If it shows a URL field, paste the complete link and confirm. Wait for the route list to appear, then return to the client home screen and choose a route. If Windows asks for network permission on first launch, allow the client to establish a network connection. Otherwise, routes may appear in the interface while system traffic does not use the selected connection.

macOS

macOS: Approve the Network Extension Before Importing

Get the VPN PY client for macOS from the user panel and complete the installation. On first launch, macOS may ask you to approve a network extension or add a network configuration. Confirm the system prompts, then return to the client. In the subscription or configuration manager, choose import from URL or clipboard and enter the complete subscription from the account overview. Select a region and connect after the route list appears. If a network permission is still awaiting approval in System Settings, handle it first before judging the connection.

Android

Android: Add the Subscription on the Configuration Page

Use the user panel to find the Android client, then open its configuration or subscription page after installation. Load the subscription through “Add,” “Import from clipboard,” or “Import URL,” save it, and refresh once so the route names appear in full. When you connect for the first time, Android will request system authorization to establish a network connection. Confirm it so the client can handle network traffic on the device. After connecting, check the network connection indicator in the system status area before verifying a webpage.

iOS

iOS: Add a Remote Subscription as Instructed in the Panel

Check the iOS section of the user panel for the supported client and installation method, then follow the panel instructions. In the client, look for options such as add remote subscription, download configuration by URL, or import from clipboard. Paste and save the subscription from the account overview. On the first connection, iOS will ask to add a network configuration; authorize it using the device’s system verification. Return to the client, select the desired region, and start the connection. You do not need to enter each route’s server details manually.

Choose a Route and Verify the Connection

After the subscription imports successfully, the client will show available regions and routes. For the first connection, leave the advanced settings at the client’s recommended values and choose a region based on your purpose. For region-restricted content, select the corresponding region. For everyday websites, developer documentation, or online collaboration, start with a nearby route that offers stable performance.

After selecting a route, click the client’s connection switch. Wait for the status to change from Not connected to Connected, then open the website or service you need. If the target page loads normally and the connection remains after refreshing, the basic setup is working. During verification, run only one network acceleration client to avoid multiple clients changing system network settings and making it unclear which configuration is active.

If the client shows Connected but the target page still displays content for the previous region, close and reopen the page, or test in a new browser tab if needed. Some apps retain an existing session and do not immediately create new network requests after the connection changes. Closing and reopening the relevant app is usually a clearer test than repeatedly switching routes.

If no websites open, disconnect first and confirm that the original network works, then reopen the client and try another route in the same region. If only one website or app has problems, first consider an issue with the target service, cache, or regional compatibility; do not delete the subscription immediately. The Support Center and Technical Reference cover the full troubleshooting sequence, protocol differences, and route topology.

Basic Verification Sequence

  1. Confirm that the client shows Connected and that the current route name is clearly visible.
  2. Open a new webpage request to check whether basic access works normally.
  3. Then open the app you actually need and confirm that the region and sign-in status match your expectations.
  4. Keep the connection active through a real usage session and check that it does not frequently drop while switching pages.

Everyday Use After Initial Setup

After the first connection is verified, everyday use usually requires only opening the client, updating the subscription, choosing a route, and connecting. Updating the subscription synchronizes the routes currently available to your account; it does not charge you again or change your plan. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until exhausted and never expire. Return to the account overview in the user panel to check your remaining allowance or order status.

On multiple devices, retrieve the subscription from the same account and import it separately on each device. VPN PY allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so there is no need to create a separate account for each one. For easier troubleshooting, use the platform-specific client provided in the user panel and keep the subscription updateable. If one device has a problem, check that device’s system permissions and client status separately rather than resetting other devices that work normally.

Route selection, protocol resource usage, mobile battery performance, and the differences between direct, relay, and dedicated routes are not essential for getting started. For further optimization, read the Protocol and Route Technical Reference. If a subscription will not update, the client reports a timeout, or a webpage still shows the wrong region, visit the Support Center and find the steps for your issue.

If the issue involves account status, an order, or subscription permissions, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Include the platform, the client’s current message, the route type you tried, and the stage at which the problem occurred so support can narrow it down faster. Do not paste a complete subscription link or account credentials on a public page.
