These terms apply to the international network optimization and subscription services provided by VPN PY. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using related services, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If the user disagrees with any part of them, they should stop using the service. Mandatory consumer protection laws prevail where they conflict with these terms.

Service Content and Scope

VPN PY uses international routes to optimize connections for accessing international websites, remote work, study and research, streaming, and other ordinary network activities. The service covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types, and client features actually available are those shown in the user dashboard at the time of use.

The service provides network connectivity and transmission optimization; it does not control third-party websites, applications, or content platforms. Third-party services may adjust access conditions based on location, account status, content licensing, or their own rules. As a result, the performance of an external service on a particular route is not a permanent guarantee.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and order activity under their accounts. If unusual account access is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user dashboard.

The service permits unlimited simultaneous devices, allowing users to connect from compatible devices under their own management while a subscription is valid. Unlimited devices does not permit reselling, renting, publicly posting, or sharing accounts, subscription information, or access rights with unspecified third parties. Users may not operate the service through split plans, bulk credential distribution, or other means. The account holder is responsible for traffic use, account anomalies, or access risks caused by publicly shared credentials.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Subscription status, remaining traffic, and order records are determined by the records in the user dashboard.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and where the service is actually used, and must ensure that their purpose is lawful. The service may not be used to infringe on others’ rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, generate abusive traffic, commit fraud, or conduct other unlawful activities.

Users must also follow the service rules of the websites and applications they access. Users bear responsibility for content they upload, download, publish, or process. After receiving a valid legal request, rights notice, or clear abuse report, VPN PY may conduct necessary checks and take action to the extent required by applicable law.

Service Availability and Liability

VPN PY maintains its routes, clients, and user dashboard, but network services may be affected by carrier links, device environments, system updates, third-party platform changes, unexpected faults, or necessary maintenance. Short interruptions, route changes, or feature adjustments may occur. Users may first try another route, reconnect, or update the client; if the issue continues, they can submit a ticket through the user dashboard.

To the extent permitted by law, VPN PY is not responsible for the content, policies, continued availability, or transactions between users and third-party services. Losses caused by device configuration, exposed credentials, improper use, or failure to follow operating instructions are also outside the service’s responsibility. No limitation of liability excludes responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be limited or waived.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user dashboard so the account and associated order can be verified. Once confirmed, refunds are processed through the original payment method; the actual arrival time depends on the respective processing procedures of Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

If an account involves resale, public sharing, unusual bulk use, interference with service operations, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of these terms or applicable law, VPN PY may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account according to the severity of the issue. To protect service stability, advance notice may not always be possible; where reasonable notice is available, an explanation will be provided through the user dashboard. Account termination does not affect lawful responsibilities and obligations that arose before termination.

Changes and Interpretation

VPN PY may update these terms based on service features, operating procedures, or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” information will be revised accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be presented through the user dashboard where possible. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining content is not affected. Headings are provided only for reading and reference and do not change the meaning of the terms. Questions about accounts, orders, refunds, or service use may be submitted through the ticket entry in the user dashboard.
